The Hartford

The Hartford is a Fortune 500 insurance company specializing in P&C, group benefits, and mutual funds. I was brought in as a designer to identify innovation opportunities across new sectors. Through market research, customer interviews, and ideation workshops, I designed six MVP product concepts to reduce losses and engineer risk for home healthcare workers.

Outcome
